In a significant order dated 6th October 2023, the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior granted bail to the applicant Golu, represented by Advocate Sourav Singh Tomar, in MCRC No. 43362 of 2023. The case was registered at Police Station Gole Ka Mandir, District Gwalior, under Section 307 of the IPC—attempt to murder—a grave and non-bailable offence.
