A graduate of the prestigious Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Mr. Tomar began his legal career from the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court—where he practiced from 2017 to 2020, gaining invaluable experience in constitutional and high-stakes litigation.

In February 2020, he shifted his base to Madhya Pradesh High Court Bench at Gwalior, where he continued to refine his legal acumen under the guidance of eminent Senior Advocate M.P.S. Raghuvanshi until May 2023. During this formative period, Mr. Tomar actively worked on matters related to service law, mining disputes, banking litigation, and writ petitions, appearing regularly before the Supreme Court of India, Madhya Pradesh High Court and other forums.

Post-2023, he established his independent practice and founded TMS Law Associates, which quickly gained recognition for its client-centric approach and excellence in litigation.

Advocate Tomar has successfully represented numerous clients, including government bodies, public sector undertakings, and private entities. He is a Panel Advocate for Punjab National Bank and an approved counsel for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), handling a wide array of banking and commercial disputes.
